Ordering: Once an order is placed with Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
A minimum order of 30 applies to all wedding stationery items, with the exception of table plans, table names, table numbers and table menus.
Designs: Designs are copyright of Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery may select your wedding stationery to be photographed for our website, social media pages or national magazines. If you would like to opt out of this, please state at the time of ordering. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. Some of the designs are hand finished and as a result slight variations between each item may occur.
Colours: Colour on screen will always look slightly brighter than the printed version. Similarly, your printer may not print exactly the same as the printers Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery use. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs. Therefore, colours may differ between your finished stationery and the original samples that you received. If you want the colour exactly the same throughout all of your wedding stationery, it is recommended that all of your wedding stationery is printed at the same time. Seating plans are printed at a different location, therefore the colour will differ slightly to the rest of the stationery that Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery produce.
Card Stock: Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery offer 4 different types of card stock - 300gsm brown kraft card, 300gsm white hammered textured card, 280gsm white laid textured card and 280gsm cream laid textured card. Samples are available free of charge. Your stationery will be printed onto the card stock agreed at the time of ordering. Refunds will not be issued if on receipt of your printed stationery, you decide that you do not like the card stock you agreed to. Seating plans greater in size than A3 will be printed onto 190gsm satin paper.
Envelopes: Envelopes are included free of charge with all save the date, invitation, RSVP and thank you card orders. Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery supply 100gsm brown kraft envelopes with all 'pencil us in' orders. For invitation, A6 save the dates, RSVP card and thank you card orders, Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery offer the choice of 4 different types of envelopes - 100gsm brown kraft envelopes, 100gsm white envelopes, 100gsm cream envelopes and 100gsm silver envelopes. Samples are available free of charge. Upgrades to thicker envelopes or coloured envelopes are available for a small fee and must be requested at the time of ordering.
Payment: Full payment in (£) pound sterling is required once you have placed your order. Accepted payment methods are cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Peony and Rose. For payment via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once you have placed your order.
Supply of information: Please ensure that the information supplied for your wedding stationery is your final draft and accurate to minimise amendment and the need for reproofing. In addition to your initial proof, two proof revisions are included with your stationery order. Any additional proofs after your initial proof and two rounds of proof revisions are charged at £15.00 each. Only when your guest list is confirmed can Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery make your seating plan and place cards. The information to complete these must be with Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery at least 4 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for production. Sometimes guests may change their mind at the last minute and where possible Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery will help to alter the seating plan or place cards so long as the items are not in print.
Copyright: It is your responsibility to get permission for any copyright material, for example hymns, readings or images that are to feature in your stationery.
Proofs: Proofs are free and sent as a PDF via email using the wording and colour agreed in your order. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour, dates, spellings and grammar. Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery will endeavour to check this, however, if proofs are signed off by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of the proof, if any amendments are required, changes must be emailed to Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery, the proof rechecked and signed off before going to print. Your stationery order includes your initial proof, plus two proof revisions. Any additional proofs after your initial proof and two rounds of proof revisions are charged at £15.00 each. If you would prefer to see a hard copy of your proof printed onto your chosen card, please notify us at the time of ordering. A charge of £20.00 applies for this service. Postage is via insured Royal Mail special delivery™ and costs £7.25. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Timing: Once your order has been received, and full payment has been cleared, Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery will aim to contact you within 1 working day for all your wording and colour details. Once Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery has received this information, a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you within 3 working days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered within 3 weeks. Unfortunately these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery will keep you updated on your order.
Post & packing: Delivery on all orders is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery take extreme care in packing your stationery. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage, please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel and report this to Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery within 24 hours via email. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and will mean that Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery cannot replace your items free of charge. If ordering wedding day stationery alongside save the date cards, invitations, reply cards or thank you cards, the wedding day stationery will be dispatched separately at a later date once you have confirmed your guest list.
Cancellations: As your wedding stationery is personalised and tailored to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof can not be refunded. If you decide to cancel your order once design work has started and proofs exchanged, a 50% refund will be issued.
