Is there a minimum order?

A minimum spend of £45 applies to before-the-day stationery, and a minimum spend of £100 applies to on-the-day stationery. Minimum quantities also apply to certain stationery items. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I order less than the minimum quantity?

Depending on the quantity required, we may be able to help. However, the cost will be higher than the prices listed. This also applies to any additional stationery ordered after your initial order. To avoid unnecessary expense, we recommend ordering a few spare items at the time of placing your order.

Are envelopes included with orders?

Blank white envelopes are included with all invitation, save the date, RSVP and thank you card orders, with the option to upgrade to coloured envelopes. We do not currently offer an envelope printing or addressing service.

Can I see a proof before my stationery is printed?

Once you have placed your order, a digital PDF proof of your wedding stationery will be emailed to you within 1 week for review. This gives you the opportunity to check how everything looks and request any changes before printing. Nothing will be printed until you have approved your PDF proof. Your order includes two rounds of amendments, giving you the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments to your wording and colours and ensure everything is just as you’d like it before going to print.

Do venue illustrations cost extra?

If you’re ordering from our Venue Collection, your order includes one complimentary venue illustration. If you’d like to add a second illustration, this can be added for an additional £25 design fee. Your venue illustration will be created once your order has been placed and full payment has been received.

Can the fonts be changed?

Each collection features carefully selected fonts that complement the overall design. If you would prefer a different font, please send us the name of your preferred font and we’ll be happy to confirm whether it can be accommodated within the existing design.

Can colours vary when printed?

Due to variations in the set up of devices, colours can vary between screens. Printers are also calibrated differently, meaning printed colours can vary between different printers and print runs. Different card stocks can also produce different colour results. For example, seating plans and other large-format items may appear slightly different in colour to your other stationery due to the materials and printing process used. As a general rule, colours displayed on screen will appear brighter than the final printed version. If you are particular about colour consistency, we recommend having all stationery printed at the same time.

When should we order our on-the-day stationery?

We recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks before your wedding to allow plenty of time for the design, proofing and production process. Ordering in advance ensures there is sufficient time for any amendments and finishing touches, without the pressure of a last-minute deadline.

Do you offer a proofreading service?

We do not offer a proofreading service. As we use the exact wording supplied by you, you are responsible for carefully checking your PDF proof for all content, including wording, dates and layout, before approval. We recommend checking your proof carefully before giving your approval, as it will be printed exactly as approved.

Can I request changes after approving my proof?

Once you have approved your proofs for print, they are sent straight to the printers, so changes can no longer be made. We recommend checking all wording, details and design elements carefully before giving your approval.
